Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Spain and Portugal

  • Standard Shipping (2–3 business days within mainland Spain): Free on orders over €80.00.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days to the Balearic Islands): Free on orders over €80.00.

  • ORNI does not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

International Shipping

We ship to all member countries of the European Union. International delivery times range from 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

Delivery Delays

ORNI is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or by circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the product and its packaging.
