Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Be in perfect condition, showing no signs of use or wear.
- Be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and protective materials.
- Include all accessories, documentation, and any items supplied with the product.
- Not have been customized or modified at the customer's request.
ORNI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form.
Include "RETURN" in the subject line, together with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours with the instructions required to complete the return process.
Return Shipping Costs
The shipping costs associated with returns under the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and its condition has been verified, we will process the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective item or an item different from the one ordered, you must notify us as soon as possible through our contact form, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once the issue has been verified, you may choose one of the following options:
- A replacement product at no additional cost.
- A full refund of the amount paid.
- Another solution agreed upon by both parties, where applicable.
